Rid your spending of small parasites.

All those little subscriptions you no longer use, and those free services you forgot to cancel before they converted to paid, are parasites sucking your money flow of vitality.

Sure, they may not add up to that much in the scheme of things

Thinking about this strictly from a Return on Investment on your time and energy, you’re better off figuring out how to increase your income than plugging these small expense holes.

It’s a question of self-care and self-respect, though.

Taking the time to review all those niggling recurring charges allows you to get in touch with your desires, to see how you are growing as a person (no longer need that subscription to Beanie Babies Today, do you?), and to give a shit about your money.

Look over your statements for the year — bank, credit card, Apple pay, Venmo, PayPal, whatever conduit your money flows through — and deworm your spending.
